This class is intended for those that have a basic understanding of knitting (can knit, purl, cast on, bind off, etc.), and wish to work at their own pace on a project of their choice with the guidance and support of an instructor. This is a great way to start knitting that daunting first sweater, colourwork, or cables - learn as you go!
Level: Beyond Beginner - must have some knitting experience.
Supplies (not included): Pattern, yarn, needles, and other supplies noted in pattern.
Techniques: Learn various steps and techniques as you go.

This is a choose-your-own-project class, but we want to set you up for success by making sure your choice of project matches your skill level and supplies. You can absolutely tackle a project with new-to-you elements that you will need the instructor to show you, but we want to keep the learning fun not frustrating! **If this is your first class with this instructor, please confirm your pattern and supplies with them prior to the start of the first class.** You can do this by either arriving 30 minutes early for the first class (not applicable to 10am classes), or by emailing your chosen pattern name to support@urbanyarns.com and it will be forwarded to the instructor.
