We love Malabrigo's Washted and Rios yarns! They Have many similarities and yet, have their own unique qualities. Washted and Rios are both 100% premium superwash merino worsted-weight yarns with the same gauge and nearly the same yardage. Washted is a beautiful single ply yarn. The manner in which it is dyed gives it a "painterly" look and feel. The texture and drape of the fabric are beyond compare. Malabrigo Rios is a super soft 4-ply workhorse yarn available in an amazing number of colourways. The plies make for great stitch definition and help resist pilling.
