For in-store pickup orders placed online, you will still need to fill in your Shipping Address at checkout, then the next step will be Shipping Method and you can select "Pick up in-store at Urban Yarns". Please wait to come in until we phone you letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.
Free Shipping on orders over $200 CAD before tax.
For orders under $200 CAD, shipping is a flat rate of $19.95 + GST.
All Urban Yarns shipping orders are sent by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Allow 3-7 business days for delivery to major urban centres, and more to non-major or remote locations. Tracking number is provided by email once shipped. Delivery may be delayed due to high volume during peak holiday shipping periods, and during extreme weather events anywhere in North America.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel and refund online orders if they do not meet our credit card fraud prevention software's criteria.
In-store exchanges or store credits for regular-priced yarn (unused, unwound, and in original ball band ie. in resalable condition) are available within 90 days of purchase, with presentation of the receipt. Sale yarn and other sale products, special orders, needles/hooks, notions, books, patterns, ready-to-wear garments, and giftware are all final sale. If you request a gift receipt when purchasing, any unused item in original packaging may be returned by the recipient with presentation of gift receipt, for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
