Since its first issue in 2012, amirisu magazine has transformed over time. They’ve changed the size of the magazine and split it into Japanese and English editions. amirisu Assemblage is the first book in a new series of pattern books.
The first issues theme is gardens, places where we take a break from knitting, look out the window at the flowers, rest our eyes, and do some gardening.
For people living in big cities with little greenery, gardens are precious places that give us peace of mind and allow us to feel the changing of the seasons.
This collection of 12 knitwear items, rich in detail and texture, was inspired by such gardens. These are the kind of pieces that make you want to knit for the coming spring, a pleasant change from the cold winter.
