Baa Ram Ewe Donegal Twists is a subtle twist of two beautiful yarns, giving the perfect balance of strength, colour and handle. It blends together 28% worsted spun luxury British wool and 72% woollen spun soft Donegal Merino. This traditional yarn is designed by the Baa Ram Ewe team and is made in Kilcar, Ireland at Donegal Yarns woollen mill.

100% of Baa Ram Ewe's wool comes from non-mulesed sheep.

Pictured above are two sweater patterns designed by the Baa Ram Ewe team specifically for Donegal Twists; the Ardara sweater - a modern shaped take on a fisherman's sweater, and the Lifford sweater - a classic non-fitted sweater pattern with a cabled raglan detail. Both simple designs allow the colourful nepps (the tweedy flecks) in the Donegal Twists yarn to pop.
